Have you ever wondered where your food comes from? How it got from the farm to your fork? We have those answers - and more - right here. Wisconsin is home to over 14,000 beef producers and over 10,000 dairy producers who are all working hard to provide you and your family healthy and wholesome beef!
“Being sustainable is the only way we know how,” says Renee. “We practice rotational grazing here on the farm as well as utilizing forages like grasses and grains from the previous year’s harvest to feed our stock.”
"We enjoy being able to tell our story and helping people understand where their food comes from," says Sarah Peterson. Sarah and her father, Jim, feed 600-head of Holstein steers from 200 pounds to finish on their family farm near Kewaskum, Wisconsin.
The Hinchley's host tours for three seasons annually, with more than 10,000 visitors coming to see their farm. Transparency is important to consumers, and by opening our barn doors, we are building trust and friendship with people from all over the world.
