"This basic meatloaf recipe is special to us. It was handed down from my mom, handed down to her from my grandmother. This recipe was such a family tradition that when I graduated college and asked for some recipes to use on my own, my mom had to write it down from memory as she didn’t have a written copy. I grew up eating this meatloaf and now it is the same recipe my wife and I make for our family. I plan to pass the recipe down to my kids to be enjoyed by the next generation as well!”

2. Bake uncovered in 350°F oven 1 hour or until instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 160°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
