People's Choice: Schwarz's Supper Club
New this year, the Prime Rib Trail also features a People’s Choice location. Schwarz’s Supper Club in St. Anna received the most nominations from Wisconsin fans and will be recognized as the 2026 People’s Choice. Schwarz's was a stop on the inaugural 2025 trail.
Nightingale Supper Club (Sturgeon Bay)
Nightingale has kept the Supper Club tradition alive through every decade since 1913. Prime Rib is a Saturday night dinner special.
The Red Ox Seafood and Steakhouse (Appleton)
The Red Ox of Appleton is where exceptional dining meets casual comfort. Choice of Prime Rib varies from Princess to King Cut.
Roepke’s Village Inn (Charlesburg)
Roepke’s Village Inn-Charlesburg has been in the Roepke family since July of 1968. The history of the establishment traces back to the late 1800’s when it served as a hotel, saloon, post office, and stagecoach stop.
Carson’s Prime Steaks & Famous Barbecue (Milwaukee)

Badger Crossing Pub & Eatery (Cashton)
