Best Burger Contest
The Wisconsin Beef Council is on a mission to find and celebrate the most mouthwatering 100% beef burgers crafted by Wisconsin’s restaurants, bars and grills. Everyone has a favorite spot they choose when burger hunger strikes, and this is the opportunity to recognize those restaurants that work hard to create those delicious memories.
United by Beef Fundraiser
The Wisconsin Beef Council’s apparel fundraiser donates 100% of proceeds from every purchase toward providing high-quality beef snack sticks to kids at Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the state.

Beef in the Classroom
The Beef in the Classroom grant program helps teachers buy beef and veal products to be used in middle school and high school Family & Consumer Science and Agriculture classes across the state of Wisconsin. This program allows teachers to strengthen their lessons about lean beef selection, storage, preparation and nutrition by having funds available to buy and prepare beef with their students. The grant reimburses teachers between $50-$300 per semester, depending upon class size.

Beef University
Beef University is a free, online training program which covers the beef basics that will help you market and menu beef. Your customers rely on you to be their expert source on the foods they purchase and consume. They expect you to know everything from how beef is raised, how to select and prepare beef, and the health and nutrition benefits of beef. Beef U will help you understand the ‘ins and outs’ of beef to deliver superior customer service, which translates to an improved bottom line.
Masters of Beef Advocacy (MBA)
Masters of Beef Advocacy is your go-to program for training and resources to be a strong advocate for the beef community. This free, self-guided online course provides farmers, ranchers, service providers, consumers, and all members of the beef community the tools and resources to become a beef advocate and answer tough questions about beef and raising cattle.
Beef Quality Assurance
Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) is a program that provides systematic information to U.S. beef producers of how good husbandry techniques can be coupled with accepted scientific knowledge to raise cattle under optimum management conditions.
