Traci Wilson, RD
WBC Director of Nutrition
 

Traci has worked as a consultant dietitian, promoting health and wellness to consumers and other health professionals through classes and seminars for over 12 years.  For the Wisconsin Beef Council, she is responsible for developing, coordinating and facilitating a statewide nutrition education program to educate and promote both consumers and professionals about the nutritional benefits of beef in a healthy diet.  Traci completed a Bachelor’s degree in dietetics in 1993 from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, then achieved her registration upon completion of a dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin in 1995.  Traci's fitness hobbies include running, biking and swimming.  She has completed 2-Sprint Triathlons and enters running races from time to time. 

 
Eric Lord, MS, CPT
Eric Lord Fitness
 

 Eric Lord has been in the fitness field for more than ten years.  He graduated from the University of LaCrosse with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science and later earned a Master's degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania.  His credentials include certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Functional Movement Screen.  He has also completed training as a Senior Fitness Specialist and is an Advanced Exerstride Method Nordic Walking Instructor.
