Santa Fe Kabobs

Main Ingredients:
1/2 cup steak sauce
1/2 cup thick 'n chunky salsa
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 lb. boneless beef top round steak, cut into 1/8 inch thin strips
1 medium red onion, cut into 12 wedges
1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1 medium red pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
8 flour tortillas, warmed
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix steak sauce, salsa and lime juice in small bowl. Remove 1/2 cup of the steak sauce mixture for serving with kabobs; set aside.
- Thread steak, onions and peppers alternately onto 8 skewers.
- Grill kabobs 2 min. on each side for medium-rare doneness, turning after 2 min. and brushing with the remaining steak sauce mixture. Serve with the tortillas and reserved 1/2 cup steak sauce mixture.
