Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons finely ground espresso coffee beans
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder

Cooking:

  1. Combine rub ingredients in small bowl; press generously onto beef steak(s).

    Cook's Tip: Finely ground regular ground coffee may be substituted for espresso.

    Regular chili powder may be substituted for Ancho chili powder.
  2. Grill, pan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
