Mai Bock Steak Marinade

- 2 pounds boneless beef top sirloin steak
Marinade:
- 1-1/3 cup Sprecher Mai Bock
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions:
- Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl. Place beef steak in a gallon size freezer bag, or a shallow pan and cover with marinade; turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or overnight; turn occasionally.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard used marinade. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill steak, uncovered, 17 to 21 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
- Transfer to carving board. Let stand 5 minutes. Carve steak crosswise into thin slices. Serves 4.
