Garlic-Thyme Grilled Porterhouse

Cut: Porterhouse Steak
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Main Ingredients:

 2 beef Porterhouse or T-Bone steaks, cut 1-inch thick
 Salt and pepper
 
 Garlic-Thyme Rub:
 1 to 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves

Directions:
  1. Combine rub ingredients in small bowl. Press evenly onto both sides of beef steaks.
  2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill uncovered 14 to 16 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Makes 4 servings.
