The Wisconsin Beef Council is a producer-funded,
producer-directed organization dedicated to building demand
for beef and veal through promotion, consumer education and
research.
The Wisconsin Beef Council works with educators, dietitians,
home economists, restaurateurs, meat managers, nurses, physician
assistants, and various other thought leaders to strengthen
beef's position in the marketplace and to maintain and expand
domestic and foreign markets and uses for beef products.
We also serve as a resource for recipes
and information to Wisconsin consumers of beef.
